Frequently Asked Questions
-
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking, and creative process that empowers you to unlock your potential and create meaningful change. It is not advice-giving, mentoring, or therapy. As your coach, I partner with you to help you clarify your goals, uncover what’s holding you back, and take aligned, sustainable action forward.
-
A coach helps people bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Unlike consultants who give direct solutions, coaches guide clients to:
Clarify their goals
Identify limiting beliefs
Build actionable strategies
Stay accountable until results are achieved
-
Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you set and achieve goals. It’s about growth, action, and accountability. Therapy, on the other hand, often explores past experiences and is designed to treat emotional or psychological conditions. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and if you need clinical mental health support, I’ll be happy to refer you to a licensed professional.
-
Yes. I take confidentiality seriously. Everything you share in our sessions is kept strictly private, in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics. The only exceptions are where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).
-
The ICF (International Coaching Federation) is the world’s leading organization dedicated to professional coaching standards. Choosing an ICF-accredited coach means you’re working with someone who follows the highest standards of ethics, training, and professionalism.
-
ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC) are globally recognized.
ACC (Associate Certified Coach) — at least 100 hours of coaching experience.
PCC (Professional Certified Coach) — at least 500 hours of coaching experience.
MCC (Master Certified Coach) — over 2,500 hours of coaching.
When you work with an ICF-accredited coach, you know you’re investing in someone committed to results, ethics, and continuous professional growth.
-
The ICF Code of Ethics is a set of global professional standards that all certified and in-training coaches follow. It ensures integrity, confidentiality, and respect in the coaching relationship. As a coach on the path to ICF certification, I am committed to upholding these principles in every session.
-
It means you are in the driver’s seat. You decide what goals you want to work on, what outcomes matter to you, and how you want to use each session. My role is to guide, reflect, challenge, and support — but the agenda is always yours. You hold the answers; I help you uncover them.
-
Before we begin, you'll receive a coaching agreement outlining key terms such as confidentiality, boundaries, session length, cancellation policies, and mutual responsibilities. This ensures a clear, respectful, and professional partnership from day one.

Yes! I offer 3-session, 6-session, and 12-session coaching packages — each designed to give you consistency, accountability, and deeper transformation. Enter your package code in the “Package, gift, or coupon code” field at checkout — this will bring your total to $0.
Note: You may see the full price at first, but once the code is applied, your package discount will show automatically.
